ACCESS is built so that there is almost nothing to have a privacy policy about. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers of its own. What follows describes the little that does happen, and where.
ACCESS uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity) to lock the apps you choose and to count the time you spend in them. By Apple's design, the apps you select are represented to ACCESS as opaque tokens: ACCESS cannot see the names of the apps you choose, cannot see what you do inside them, and cannot see anything else about how you use your iPhone. The usage limits are enforced by iOS itself.
Your rules (session length, lock multiplier, free-time windows, pause settings), your selected apps (as opaque tokens), and your session history and statistics are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's private storage. They are never transmitted anywhere, and we have no way to read them. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Nothing. ACCESS collects no personal information, no usage data, no device identifiers, and no diagnostics. There is no account to create and no data leaves your device because of ACCESS.
Subscriptions to ACCESS Pro are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is described in Apple's Privacy Policy. Purchase receipts are validated on-device using Apple's StoreKit framework.
ACCESS is a personal self-management tool for individuals managing their own devices. It is not parental-control software, is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
We do not sell, share, or disclose any data — because none is collected. Device or usage information handled by the Screen Time frameworks is used solely to provide the app-locking features you configure, as required by Apple's Family Controls terms, and is never used for advertising or shared with any third party.
If a future version of ACCESS ever changes what data is handled, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
